Full-care Training/Lesson Board available starting at $1000. Beautiful six stall barn with four 12×12 stalls and two 12×24 stalls for foaling or two horses together. All stalls have 24/7 access to their own generous paddock with post/rail, no climb fencing. All stalls have automatic waterers that are heated for the winter. All stalls have rubber mats and permanent fans (12×24 stalls have two). Tack/feed room with bathroom and sink. Wash stall with hot water. Blackwater Farm is a total of 232 acres with a few miles of trails; some that go down by the Blackwater river. Water jump, small bank complex, practice ditches. More than 20 schooling stadium jumps. Small cross country jumps with more being added all the time. Room for galloping and working over up and down terrain.
